Continuous Motion Cells

To gain the maximum output for a given cell, all operations need to be completed in a dynamic environment. No time can be lost whilst the parts are moved between positions.
This technology is best used where assembly is a push fit and is non-orientated in the rotational direction. Outputs of 500 parts a minute may be attained.

PCE uses rotary technology with servo motors for ultimate control. The drive is transmitted via reinforced belts for flexibility.

Multiple drives can be linked through electronic gearboxes to allow for secondary operations, such as slitting to be accomplished.
