Tray packing refers to pallet trays to hold the product. Either placed over the necks or under the bases of the bottles. Trays can be from 1/3rd of a pallet through to full pallet trays. PCE is sure to have model to suite your application and budget.
Manual Pallet Hod

For manual collation of product on a full pallet. The pallet is loaded using a pallet truck, the unit tilts and raises the pallet ready for hand packing. Once the pallet is filled, the unit returns to the vertical for unloading.

The simplest unit in the range. Collates the product onto either a dead-plate or indexing belt. Forms an accumulation of product for manual packaging.

TPI-12 Collation Table

TPI-12 Collation Table – A highly popular model for collating product into part pallet trays (1/3, ¼ or ½ pallet). Indexing belt used for maximum bottle and pack stability. The operator places the assembled tray over the necks of the pack format and sweeps this to the turn-over unit before lifting onto a waiting pallet.

Vertical Tray Loader

Vertical Tray Loader – For automatically loading the tray with product lying on its side. Especially useful for product that is unstable or exiting a previous process in this orientation. For containers of the right shape it may be possible to top-tail pack to double the numbers per tray.
