PCE Automation has undertaken many specialist projects involving the design and manufacture of bespoke product handling and assembly systems.

Our standard range include semi-automatic units for low to medium speed operations where there are budget and space constraints to fully automatic high speed units with optional automatic pallet and layer pad feed.

Leak detection is our forte, our standard machine range includes: Single station units for low speed throughputs. Multi-station in line scroll fed systems for medium throughputs High speed rotary systems for throughputs of up to 300 per min.

A recent introduction to our range has been electrical testing equipment for the Home appliance and Automotive industries. All of our equipment can be supplied with real time SPC software to enable quality monitoring.

PCE Automation design and manufacture a wide range of highly acclaimed robotic equipment, tailored to your exact requirements.

This includes our proven Nissei take-out system and our revolutionary Racer 200 parts retrieval system which removes parts from injection moulds in the same overall cycle time as Free Fall Parts ejection.

This gives huge benefits in that not only is contamination eliminated, but also the parts are delivered orientated and can be stacked or assembled before packing. This eradicates product distortion and reduces double handling.
