Racer High-Speed Side Entry Robots

In the early days of fast cycling thin wall moulding, very few robotic systems could de-mould product reliably without unduly increasing cycle time. PCE developed the Racer range of side-entry robots for just such an application. PCE has supplied over 80 robots to the thin wall moulding market with cycle times of sub 5 seconds including the robot being the norm.
PCE can supply a comprehensive range to suit injection moulding machines from 50 to 1000 tonnes and from single to 72 cavity moulds. |
Cartesian Robots

PCE can supply a range of Cartesian robots to suit all applications, from 50 tonne through to 3000 tonne injection moulding machines.
PCE is also happy to look at bespoke applications for both horizontal and vertical moulding machines. |
EcoSafe Perimeter Guarding

Where a top entry robot has been installed, a secure guarding system to the relevant standards needs to be installed. The Bosch Rexroth EcoSafe floor mounted guarding systems comes in standard panels and meets all current legislation if correctly installed.
Due to the clever design, even the most complex guarding systems can be installed quickly & cost effectively. |
Conveyors

PCE can offer both custom designed units or modular chain conveyors from the Bosch Rexroth VarioFlow range. These can be supplied in widths from 65 – 320mm with a variety of chain designs. They can also be supplied as open aluminium or stainless steel sections for the dry & wet food & drink and medical markets. |
