PCE are incredibly proud to have committed to Youth Pledge East, part of the Norfolk and Suffolk Local Enterprise Partnership initiative, which aims to unlock the potential of young people throughout Norfolk and Suffolk.

The scheme promises that every young person, between the age of 16 and 24 in Norfolk and Suffolk will be given the opportunity to obtain an apprenticeship, training, work experience, or a suitable role, within 3 months of leaving education or employment.

PCE, with a long tradition (over 30 years) of training apprentices, welcome new recruits throughout our Engineering and IT functions and firmly believe in not only giving young people that initial opportunity, but in also fully supporting their apprenticeship and developmental journey.

Managing Director James Cook says “We are thrilled to be supporting this initiative. Here at PCE, we like to give our apprentices the opportunity to learn from our best, hopefully to the point where they choose a career with us, becoming fully fledged members of the family.”
